Since the beginning of time (ahem - or 2000, when we were founded) agents who join HomeSmart have been our biggest advocates about this brand. Seriously, we hear all the time internally about how much our agents love HomeSmart. Now it's time to shout it from the mountaintops to the rest of the real estate industry. We're on a growth trajectory that will take the HomeSmart brand to the top of the industry. Our Big-Hairy-Audacious-Goal (BHAG) is to reach 100,000 agents by 2021. Yep, you read that correctly. We're laser-focused on growth and think we ca achieve this for one specific reason: HomeSmart offers agents better service than a traditional model real estate brokerage for a much lower cost.

Customer service is critical to everything we do because we believe if we serve brokers and agents effectively they will be able to serve consumers with their home buying and selling needs effectively. This business is built on service and relationships yet so few companies actually focus on that. Sure, everyone says they focus on it.
