To get started on making your home a healthier place, here are five smart and inexpensive upgrades that you can implement in your home. # 1. Remove Clutter Keeping your home tidy, organized and free of mess saves space and improves your overall mental well-being. A cramped place in need of constant cleaning and organization can create unwanted stress. Removing objects that no longer serve a purpose can restore balance to a space and feel like a complete detox. # 2. Install a Water Filtration System Water is essential to our daily lives and our health. Making an upgrade in your water filtration may seem like a more expensive upgrade, but it’s worth it in the long run. Having a water filtration system throughout your home delivers peace of mind. It keeps your water free from harsh chemicals, impurities and toxins. Contaminated water can cause irritated skin and digestion issues.
